Founder's Story

Mr. Zhu Jingang (English name: KK) graduated from Henan Polytechnic University (formerly Jiaozuo School of Roads and Mines, founded in 1909) with a major in International Economy and Trade in 2006. Since his internship, he has focused on the rubber industry, evolving into a recognized technical and market expert.

During his internship at the WOCO-Michelin joint venture, he managed customer service and project follow-up for SAIC General Motors, Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center, etc., laying the foundation for his industrial rubber career.

After graduation, he joined global non-tire rubber giant Hutchinson (Suzhou) in April 2007 as sales technical support, later transitioning to sales and overseeing China's industrial rubber business. He developed and served renowned clients like Dongfang Electric, Sany Heavy Industry, Caterpillar, and ABB, covering construction machinery, wind power, nuclear power, etc., deepening professional expertise and accumulating rich market resources.

In 2012, Zhu Jingang joined Minnesota Rubber & Plastics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., leading the promotion and sales of seals in the drinking water, medical, and automotive industries. He delved into relevant technical applications, mastered multiple international standards, and deepened his understanding of FDA regulations and quality management through cooperation with enterprises such as Johnson & Johnson and Mindray.

In 2013, he joined Trelleborg Vibration Control, responsible for the sales and market expansion of industrial vibration damping products. Serving renowned clients including Atlas Copco and Goldwind Science & Technology, he refined vibration damping technologies and accumulated key industry insights as well as entrepreneurial experience.
